RULES ONLINE STORE AUTO- DELTA from January 1, 2014

1.1. The condition for an order in the store is registration thereunder.
1.2. Registration takes place through the completion and acceptance of the registration form available on one side of the Store .
1.4. Registration in the store must be approved by the administrator. Acceptance is necessary to give the status of the user.
2 The procedure for the conclusion of the sale
2.1. For the conclusion of the sale through the Online Store , go to the website www.autodelta.iai -shop.com , make a selection of taking technical steps based on the Client displays messages and information available on the site.
2.2. Selection of Goods ordered by you is made by adding them to your cart.
2.3. When submitting orders - until you press the " Order " - The customer has the possibility to modify the input data and in the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the onscreen prompts the customer and the information available on the site.
2.4. After administration by the customer benefiting from the Online Store of all the necessary data , you will see a summary of complex orders . Summary complex contracts will contain the following information:
a) the object of the contract ,
b) the unit and the total price of the products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any) ,
c) the chosen method of payment ,
d ) selected method of delivery ,
e ) estimated time of delivery
2.5. Sending the Customer Orders is a declaration of intention to conclude the Agreement of sale, in accordance with the Regulations .
2.6. After placing orders , the customer receives an email with a final confirmation of all the essential elements of contracts .
2.7. The Agreement shall be treated as concluded from the moment of receipt of the e-mails referred to above.
3.1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the area of the Polish Republic and takes place at the address specified by the customer when placing orders .
3.2. Delivery of ordered goods is done by courier . Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of order.
3.3. The term of delivery is 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the Customer Order.
4 Pricing and payment methods
4.1. Commodity prices are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT ( 23%).
4.2. The customer can pay the price

5 Permission to withdraw from the contract
5.1 . Client, who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [ 1] of the Civil Code , entitled - under the law - the right to withdraw from a distance contract , without giving any reason , making a statement in writing, within 10 days and send it to the address provided in these Regulations.
5.2. 10-day term is counted from the date on which the delivery of the Goods.
5.3 . If you withdraw from a distance contract , the contract is considered null and void . What the parties testified , is returned unchanged . Recovery shall be effected without delay and no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods must be paid to the following address :

5.4. Goods returned by the Customer shall be packaged in a suitable manner , to ensure no damage to the consignment during transport.
5.5 . The cost of packing and returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
6 Complaints relating to the Goods
6.1. AUTO- DELTA Janusz Adamski as the seller is liable to the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [ 1] of the Civil Code , for non-compliance with the Agreement, the sale of the Goods purchased by the consumer, to the extent specified in the Act on the specific terms of consumer sales .
6.2. Filing a complaint should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org . Upon receipt of AUTO- DELTA will send an email with instructions allowing for complaint process . AUTO- DELTA obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period , when the complaint will be dealt with .
6.3 . AUTO- DELTA is not the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer is liable under the guarantee of the Goods sold on the terms and for the period specified in the warranty . If the warranty document provides for such a possibility , you may submit your claim under warranty directly authorized service whose address is in the warranty card .
